Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fill each taco shell with a layer of cream cheese mixture.
- Add a generous spoonful of apple pie filling over the cream cheese.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
