Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the diced apple, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix well until combined.
- Microwave on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
- Allow to cool for a minute before serving.

- This cake is best enjoyed fresh and warm from the microwave.
- Feel free to add nuts or raisins for extra flavor!
