Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, anchovy paste, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a piece of parchment paper, shape it into a log, and roll it up.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- Slice and serve on grilled ribeye or seafood.

- Store any leftover butter in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- This butter can also be used to enhance vegetables or crusty bread.
