- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, amaretto, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, tilting to coat the bottom.
- Cook until the edges are golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat until all batter is used, stacking the crepes on a plate.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add vanilla extract to the batter.
- Crepes can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
