Delicious crepes infused with amaretto flavor, perfect for a sweet breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, amaretto, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, tilting to coat the bottom.
  4. Cook until the edges are golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat until all batter is used, stacking the crepes on a plate.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add vanilla extract to the batter.
  • Crepes can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
