- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the eggs, then coat them in the almond flour mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Arrange the chicken bites in the basket in a single layer.
- Spray the tops with more olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
